The Study Of Dining Space Under The Perspective Of Regional Culture

The21st century is the cultural century which emphasizes the global culture with multi-elements and characteristics of the age, requiring different regional cultures are full of personality and vitality. The regional culture has always been the important part of the cultural field, and covered the history, social traditions, cultural practices and other aspects in every areas and nations. But, as the further deepening of globalization in the current world, people get more and more closely related to many aspects, such as economic exchange, information communication and humanities style, the different parts of the different regional cultural are getting fuzzy and dilute. It is undeniable that the globalization has greatly promoted the progress of the economic and social development, and the effect on the space design is also cannot be ignored. When it is promoting the communication of our design experience and technological innovation with the world, the blind pursuit of "international style" phenomenon is increasingly obvious. These phenomenon reflect some part of designers in our country do not achieve enough depth on how to show the regional culture style in the space design with Chinese characteristics. After blindly pursuing the building luxury, the sense of regional intimacy and the feeling of historical solemnity is gradually fading in our living life. The original regional features is gradually eroded in the river of globalization. More and more interior space designs which just emphasize visual luxury and without cultural content appear in our daily life, it causes the emptiness of design style. Considering on the historical context inheritance and the development of the modern interior space design, it is the lack of architectural and regional culture. These problems is that we cannot be ignored and worthy of thinking.As the globalization is gradually accelerating, we should pay attention to the study and consideration of regional culture connotation, In this context, when designing the regional dining space, we should not only find design symbols from humanities customs, historical figures, traditional elements in the area, but also think about and deal with the conflict between regional culture and other things. On the one hand we should make the regional culture and the historical context get the heritage and development, on the other hand we must satisfy the aesthetic needs of multivariate life style, highlight the regional characteristics, and avoid the happening of convergence of space style. It should be individual and harmonious at the same time, so we may make the modern dining space the integration of tradition and fashion, the unity of nature and society, the combination of regional culture and modern concept.In this paper, the author made some exploration and research on how to show the expression of the regional culture in the dining space, elaborating the concepts of regional culture, critical regionalism, dining space design and so on. Based on the related theory, the paper made a further study on the expression and importance of regional culture in the dining space design. Associated with practical example, the paper analyzed the combination and design principles of regional cultural symbol, and researched on how to reveal regional cultural atmosphere in the dining space design. This paper was focused on the application thoughts and innovation method of regional culture in the dining space design, and made lots of exploration and discussion on the refining and use of regional cultural symbols, building the regional space atmosphere and other aspects. Finally, based on the related theory and research results, the paper made the Hui Longwan dining space in Zibo city as the research object, made a further research on regional characteristics and cultural background in Zibo, from which the cultural symbols are refined and processed artistically, and used the suitable design technique to realize the application practice. Mixing the regional culture into the design of dining space, advocating that regard the creation of regional culture atmosphere as a kind of design thought, so as to create the dining space with the characteristics and connotation of regional culture is the purpose of this paper.
