With the fast development of railway in our country,High speed railway extended to the western mountainous areas.Because of the Poor natural conditions and the backward social economy,The construction of high-speed railway is facing more difficulties and risks in mountainous areas. A large number of high speed railway are being started construction inmountainous areas. It is a brook no delay task to research the synthesis optimization in route scheme of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas considering disaster prevention and rescue.Based on the traditional route scheme synthesis optimization method, Aiming at the status that disaster prevention and rescue factors were ignored, The synthesis optimization in route scheme of high speed railway in the mountainous areas considering disaster prevention and rescue is researched,relying on the scientific research project of China Railway Group Limited "the research of high speed railway rescue system".First,the dissertation analysed the characteristics of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas, and the paper analysed the possible types,the consequences and the risk factors of disasters and accidents.The paper put forward the principles and countermeasures to design the route scheme of high speed railway in the mountainous areas considering disaster prevention and rescue.Then, the dissertation summarized the principles and the targets of the route scheme design of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas.Based on overall analysing and researching the main influencing factors related to the route scheme optimization,the dissertation established the comprehensive index systemn of the synthesis optimization in route scheme of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas considering disaster prevention and rescue,in addition, the dissertation used the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the synthesis optimization model of route scheme of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas considering disaster prevention and rescue.Finally, the dissertation tested the model through a case study on Guiyang-Guangzhou railway which is a typical example of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas. The results show that the model established in the dissertation has definite reference value in evaluation and optimization in route scheme of high-speed railway in the mountainous areas.
