| In recent years,the rapid development of China’s highway construction has been achieved.With the continuous development of social economy,traffic volume also increased dramatically.Some of the highway which is earlier construction has been overwhelmed.Traffic accidents are more happened,and the Service level is far unable to meet the highway related requirements.In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,in the future for a long period of time,the expansion of the highway will be an important task for us.Because of the special nature of the expansion way of the highway in mountainous areas,the route plan appears especially important.It is the key step in the whole project construction,and the the success or failure of the whole project of highway reconstruction in mountainous areas is decided by the route scheme.When the study on route scheme of highway reconstruction in mountainous areas,engineering scale and cost is easy to quantitative analysis,other factors are mainly qualitative analysis.Therefore,in the course of the study,it is easy to be affected by the researcher’s subjective consciousness.If researcher’s subjectivity is too serious,the route plan analysis selection of various factors is not sufficient,the choose of the route scheme will be affected,and thus have an impact on the entire construction project.In this paper,the integration of QFD and Kano model is used to establish the route scheme comparison and selection.On the basis of the identification of various factors,the evaluation index system is established,and the qualitative analysis is transformed into quantitative research.To produce a more objective guiding role for the highway reconstruction in mountainous areas,as far as possible to reduce the subjective error in the study.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the key points,characteristics and difficulties of the highway reconstruction in mountainous areas,the design idea and principle of reconstruction,key problems and Countermeasures,and the main control factors ofroute scheme.This paper also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of QFD model and Kano model,and the relationship of each other.(2)On the basis of study for highway reconstruction in mountainous areas,QFD model and Kano model,combining the advantages and disadvantages of QFD model and Kano model,and the relationship of each other,according to the main control factors of the highway reconstruction in mountainous areas,establish QFD-Kano integrated model for the study on route scheme of highway reconstruction in mountainous areas.(3)Finally,according to the route scheme of Xiaomo Highway Reconstruction Project,route scheme is research with QFD-Kano integrated model.After the results are drawn,compare the results with the actual situation.Through analysis and research,it is feasible to use QFD-Kano integrated model in the study on route scheme of highway reconstruction in mountainous areas.And the QFD-Kano integrated model which is used for the study on route scheme of highway reconstruction in mountainous areas in this paper is reliable. |
