Research On The Fifth Facade Space Of Commercial Complex

With the constantly development of social economy, the demand for shopping environment has gradually improved. Shopping is not only to meet the requirements of daily life, but also become a way to recreation and relieve pressure. Integration of shopping and leisure had begun to become more and more popular in our life. On the other hand, because of the speeding up of urbanization and the rapid development of commercial complex, urban land become more and more tension, commercial complex must use space reasonable. Under the two above background, the commercial potential of the fifth facade in complex space has been taken seriously gradually. Start from thinking about how to find out the use value of the fifth facade space and improving the quality of consumer shopping, research object of this article is based on the space utilization and design of commercial complex of fifth facade.The design and utilization of the fifth facade space has gradually become the trend of the commercial complex, it will relieve urban land tension, expand the business space of the commercial complex, improving fifth facade and the overall environmental quality, it has a important role to rich people’s quality of urban life and solve the problem of the sustainable development.The aim of this thesis is studying the commercial complex and its fifth facade space, through the analysis of commercial complex and its fifth facade, different space types and their characteristics, the relationship between space and consumer psychology, design principle and design rule, the development trend of fifth facade, discuss how to better design the fifth facade space in order to make the best use of the commercial complex, and find out the most potential value of fifth facade, and making it service society better.
