Urban construction is experiencing awave in full swing，while the urban problems are also increasingly prominent.As an important carrier of urban characteristics，as the new living room of thecity, as a symbol of urban modernization，urban complex project development in theprocess of rapid urban development，has become the first choice for many commercialdevelopers，become the mainstay of urban planning and development trends. Urbancomplex improves quality of life，enrich people’s daily lives，to meet the people ’spursuit of a new way of life，and has broad prospects.
