Research On The External Environment Design Of Harbin Commercial Complex

In recent years,our country’s urbanization has accelerated.Under the combined effects of population gathering,land scarcity,and industrial intensification,a new form of building type of urban commercial complex has emerged,and the external environment of complex buildings has also begun.It occupies a pivotal position in the urban public space.Harbin is a city with a long history.It is located in the severely cold region of my country.The winter is cold and long.These unique factors make the design of the external environment of the commercial complex face many challenges.This article takes the exterior environment of Harbin’s single commercial complex building as the research object.First,it analyzes the domestic and foreign scientific research literature and the development situation,defines the related concepts clearly,and divides it into square space and pedestrian road from the perspective of exterior environment composition.Space,and transition space,analyze the characteristics and functions of each space and the way of composition between spaces.The external environmental landscape elements are classified and explained,mainly divided into natural elements and artificial elements.Based on their vague,complex,open,and experiential spatial characteristics,the commercial function,traffic function,and landscape of the external environmental space of the Harbin commercial complex are explained.The four functional roles of function and place function,combined with the current status of the external environment of Harbin’s commercial complex,take climate design theory,new regionalism theory,external space design theory,place spirit theory,and healthy city theory as the theoretical basis and support.Select the typical external environment of the commercial complex in the seven main urban areas of Harbin for field investigation and analysis,and summarize the characteristics and existing problems of the external environmental landscape of the Harbin commercial complex,including the insufficient combination of external environmental space and urban space and complex buildings,The external environment has not been divided into space and function,and there are problems such as unbalanced use of space,chaotic transportation planning and organization,poor coldness,lack of regional characteristics of Harbin city,and insufficient humanistic care.According to the existing problems,the design principles are proposed,and then the design strategies are proposed from three levels.First,the following design strategies are proposed from the overall layout of the external environment,including:combining the surrounding environment and conforming to the urban texture;improving the old urban area and updating the infrastructure;echoing the architecture The form continues the internal space.From the perspective of the main space of the external environment,the following design strategies are summarized,including:a traffic space with separation of main flow lines and no interference between people and vehicles;square space with flexible boundary forms and reasonable spatial scale;pavement space with rich rhythm and rhythm that connects urban streets;Comprehensive site characteristics,transitional space for auxiliary space conversion.From the perspective of external environmental landscape elements,the following strategies are proposed,including:conforming to the site conditions and highlighting the plant landscape of the cold region;skillfully using ice and snow resources to shape diverse water landscapes;creating a warm atmosphere and rationally arranging the lighting design of the light source;highlighting the overall Style,pavement design that divides the regional space;show the theme characteristics,humanized and cold sketch design.Finally,combined with the design strategy summarized in the previous article,three commercial complex in vitro environments with outstanding problems among the research objects are selected and actual practice is carried out to verify the design strategy summarized in the previous article.Based on the cold city of Harbin,this study summarizes its landscape characteristics and existing problems according to the actual conditions of the external environment of Harbin’s urban commercial complex,and puts forward the design principles and design methods of the external environmental landscape of Harbin’s commercial complex in response to the existing problems.With a view to contributing to the development of the external environment of Harbin’s commercial complex and the urban construction of Harbin.
