As the urban traffic environment pressure increase gradually, people urgently need aswitch anytime anywhere land exercise and the emergence of the air transport. In order tosolve this problem, all countries rushed to develop flight vehicles in recent years, at present,many countries around the world have been successively developed a variety of physicalprototype, many countries have the flight test. Based on the research of the flying car is givepriority to in order to consider the land exercise, we focus on the car on the ground whenthe exercise of the suspension system for related research. Due to restricted by some designtechniques and cost of development, the traditional suspension system design method ofcycle long, the cost is very high. The emergence of virtual electronic prototype technologyand development, for the design of the automobile suspension and vehicle provides aneffective method.First, this paper first introduces the research status of flying cars, and in the field ofmultibody system dynamics, the virtual prototype technology has carried on the simpleintroduction, and introduced the structure and composition of the double wishbonesuspension system, movement characteristics, and the relevant theoretical knowledge.Secondly, taking a light air-ground amphibious vehicle as the background, on the basisof3d software CATIA to establish the virtual3d model of the double wishbone suspension,initially completed the suspension system of the virtual prototype assembly model, andthrough the assembly interference analysis of front suspension some assembly notreasonable place to improve, make it meet the basic requirements of the virtual prototypedesign, at the same time to prepare for later simulation work. Finally, the paper introduces the algorithm of ADAMS and modeling ideas, inestablished the virtual prototype model of good to extract the needed parameters and hardpoint coordinate, then the suspension in ADAMS template library of flying cars ofADAMS/CAR front suspension to beat the kinematics and dynamics simulation, analyzingthe motion law of front suspension of some of the wheel alignment parameters and theinfluence of suspension parameters, thus the preliminary assessment of the suspensionperformance, and points out that the cause of the problem may come up; Then to the flyingcar suspension system with or without lateral stabilizer bar contrasted the kinematics anddynamics, pointed out that after adding stabilizer bar helps the vehicle steering stability,provides reference basis for the vehicle and the suspension design.
