Suspension system is a key part for cars, and has decisive effect on car drivability, stability and comfort ability. We can in reason choice the location of the connect points of space guide staffs and the length of the control arms, in order to make the double wishbone independent has correctly movement characters, and correctly roll center. When we do these, we can insure the vehicle have good drivability. Because of this good character, the double wishbone independent is used widely in the intermediate and lofty car.This thesis main study the structure character and movement character. Using the space machine movement, build the coordinates in the independent suspension according the Denavit-Hartenberg method. Compute the transform matrix according the movement joints type, and combine with the relevant constrain equations, to confirm the all parts of suspension movement. At the same time, we academic analyze and compute the steering wheel during the vehicle turnaround using the transform matrix method considering the camber angle and toe angle.Then build the virtual modeling in the ADAMS/Car software. During this procedure, sufficient consider the elastomer property of suspension. Choice the Fiala wheel model, and particularly analyze the mechanic property of it. And use the anisotropy nonlinear bushing, the nonlinear spring and damper.During establishing the model of multibody suspension with ADAMS/Car software, the methods of assembly measure and part measure are used to collect original data. Correctly use the dynamics parameter of the double wishbone independent such as mass, moment of inertia, the location of center of mass. Because The model has been checked with the measured front wheel alignment parameters, so we can let the virtual model maximum same with the truth model, and insure the simulation result of ADAMS/Car is correct. It will be very helpful used in the engineering design and analyze.
