Research On The Planning Of Jingting Mountain Scenic Area In Xuancheng

With the rapid development of the society and economy, the tourism industry will continue to maintain the high growth and develop quickly. As the center of Xuancheng tourism market,"Jingting Mountain Scenic Area", has made considerable progress after decades of operation and development. But compared with the total amount of the tourism economy in Xuancheng, its development speed and tourist reception still occupy a small proportion. Xuancheng Jingting mountain scenic area has not yet formed a relatively mature scenic spot with high economic contribution rate. Therefore, research and exploration on the planning and design of Jingting mountain scenic area has a very important practical significance.This paper, choosing Jingting Mountain Scenic Area as the research object, through the literature review, case study, comparative analysis and other methods, summarizes the basic current situation and the development condition of Jingting mountain scenic area, then elaborates the theoretical basis and main planning designs for Jingting mountain scenic area. In addition, selecting Huangshan scenic area, the Lake Front Resort in Mountain Siding, Zhejiang Putuo scenic area whose constructions have been finished as actual cases, this paper summarizes the characteristics, planning and construction of each scenic area from the project location, layout, landscape construction, meanwhile points out some problems. Through the analysis of the resource situation, tourist market, SWOT analysis, and how to make comprehensive use of the tourism resources, this article makes a scientific analysis and further research on the strategic development of Jingting mountain scenic area, and explores how the scenic area can grasp the opportunity in the future development process, make full use of its advantages, gain a firm foothold in the fierce market and maintain sustainable development.
