Landscape AVC Planning For Scenic Area Of Yangzi Crocodile Lake In Xuancheng City, Anhui Province

China is in the fast urbanization period. With the people move, industry changes, the landscape pattern is changing radically. Over exploration, environment depravation, management choas, landscape decay occur in fast urbanization area. This problem is payed high attention by planning department and government. However, the present criterion can not suit the fast urbanization area, which is in large scale, and possess complex landuse. The reality problem requires the development of theory, which can suit the landscape planning in this kind of areas.This dissertation takes the scenic area of Yangzi Crocodile lake in Xuancheng City of Anhui province as the research example.This area belongs to fast urbanization area, and also locates in urban fringe, which is typical in China. This dissertation applies AVC theory into this compositive developing area, which will do some helpful to the landscape planning of fast urbanization area.This dissertation reviews the recent AVC theory research. It also analyzes the relation between characters of Yangzi Crocodile lake scenic area and attraction, validity, capacity of AVC theory. Based on this , it builds the model of AVC evaluation, completes the AVC compositive evaluation, and finally puts forward the planning and management methods.The core part of the thesis includs four points. The first, in systemic theory view, with the analysis of the internality, the external relation and development with time in Yangzi Crocodile lake scenic area put forward the frame of AVC theory which suits this area. The second, with the analysis of the relations between Attraction, Validity and Capacity, put forward multi-dimensionality compositive evaluation system. The third, with the analysis of the relations between evaluation index, reveal the restriction between Attraction, Validity and Capacity. The fourth, put forward the methods of evolution and balance of AVC.The thesis enlarges the objects of AVC theory, and analizes the internal structure of AVC, in order to do some helpful to the landscape planning of fast urbanization area.
