Rural Settlements Landscape Design In Heilongjiang Province

Recently, research on rural settlements landscape design is restricted to the followingthree models: rural tourism planning, traditional village landscape study and ruralecological park landscape and the driver of these modes comes from the commercialdevelopment of rural resources. However, the landscape planning for ordinary villagelandscape in China is still in a spontaneous state, without the overall planning. Thetopic of this paper is focused on the study of ordinary village landscape environment,which combines the characteristics of the development of rural settlements, naturalgeographic features, climate and ethnic habits, etc, which analyze the spatialcharacteristics of rural settlements in Heilongjiang province through analysis frombuilding space of rural settlements, road space, water space and natural landscapeaspects, in order to reveal common principles of landscape design. In this paper, aconclusion is proposed that landscape design should respect geographical features andecosystem, insist on the local principles in the landscape constructions as far as theprinciples of people-oriented in design concept, and pay equal attentions to materialand humanism, establishing workable landscape design mode on design techniques.Under the above technical support, a pleasant and livable environment of ruralsettlements with a strong local flavor context will be created successfully.
