The gas turbine is a highly sophisticated technology, related to a country’s important industrial and national defense construction.Recent years has been trying to research and development of gas turbine technology, trying to improve the gas turbine industry level localization. Advanced gas turbine technology has been abroad confidential, Shenyang Blower Group to expand existing markets or the National Industrial Defense Advanced also trying to introduce part of the digestion and absorption of advanced gas turbine technology. While the gas turbine is indeed complex, so do its design and manufacture of gas turbine auxiliary equipment, is the first step in the introduction of gas turbine auxiliary equipment control system design of course, is the most important work. The auxiliary control system design is of course the most important work. The context of the West-East project, the design auxiliary engine control system is the first study in this regard, this research to fill the gaps.The paper through the analysis of the gas turbine structure, its components:air compressor, combustor, turbine through equality. Research ultimately determine the control program and its auxiliary systems. Finally established control system consists of:divided into the lube oil system, piping systems, air inlet system, booting the system, electrical system, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, fire systems, etc..The contents of the topics include the following aspects:(1) analysis of the gas turbine structure and works to clarify the characteristics of the monitoring requirements to determine control content.(2) According to the structure of the gas turbine and auxiliary equipment to complete the gas turbine system hardware architecture design and complete the overall architecture of the control system design. (3) control of the gas turbine process requirements, and to select a suitable method of controlling the development of its logic control program. And complete software debugging, and ultimately be applied.This topic in-depth analysis and study of the gas turbine process control requirements, and to establish the reasonable control system solutions complete realization and commissioning of the control system functions, the first sets of gas turbine control system research and development to make a contribution.
