| In recent years, the basic construction of our country to speed up, a large number of projects for railway, highway, and water conservancy, instant start all over the country. The number of new concrete pile foundation increase soon. But, at present most of the instrument can only detect the pile one section plane via a scan, and each scanning requires complex procedures, such as setting probe, scanning, and arranging cables etc., so the demand of the detector with more efficient becomes more and more urgent. The purpose of this thesis is to research only by the four probes scanning, to improve the detection efficiency.The main work of author completed is as follows:(1) Base on the understanding of the technical background and the deep analysis of requires of the market, use the principle of time sharing multiplex, work out the basic workflow of the Multi-channel Ultrasonic Pile Testing Instrument;(2) The designing of the hardware platform that base on ARM processor, the designing of the software platform that base on WinCE6.0, the development of the controlling program via Embedded Visual C++(3) Based on FPGA and Verilog HDL, designed and implemented communication control, ultrasonic excitation circuit control, amplifier circuit control, sampling delay control, and the signal of depth of sensor decoding; designed the sensor structure, designed and implemented the pre-amplifier circuit for sensor to achieve the function of transceiver;(4) The testing work of ultrasonic excitation circuit, amplify circuit, sample circuit, and depth signal decoding program. The purpose of this is to verify the design.As the low coast of the ARM platform, the using of the technology of time sharing multiplex, and the sensor with the new pre-amplifier, the purpose, that to improve detection efficiency has been achieved. Same company use this scheme to produce the Multi-channel Ultrasonic Pile Testing Instruments, and several testing company, which the first class qualification of test, using these products at work. |
