In recent years, the traffic accident, due to drunk driving, happens frequently, which has caused great threat to the people’s lives and property. Therefore, how to prevent it effectively becomes an issue for the researchers. Developing a reliable measurement and control system to detect the alcohol in the car to avoid drunk driving is very significant for maintaining people’s lives and property and promoting the development of in-vehicle electronic devices.This paper focuses on studying drunk driving and the system to control and detect the air quality state in the car, which can measure the concentration of alcohol by measurement module. Using the data fusion method based on the theory of fuzzy realizes the fusion of sensor information. It gives an alarm through the voice single-chip, and uses the relays to control the circuit, cut off the ignition and force the car to stop.The experiments shows that the error between the reintegration data and the actual one is controlled within20ppm, which can reflect real drinking reactions of the drivers. The experimental simulation result proves that the system has better stability.
