Drunk driving is one of the main factors causing traffic accidents.At present,the "breath alcohol detector" is the traffic police law enforcement drunk driving test of the main instruments,The detection method of the device has the disadvantages of large passive and complex process,It is imperative to design an active,efficient vehicle alcohol gas detection to stop the drunken driving behavior in time.Based on the analysis and research on the related technologies at home and abroad,this paper developed a "non-contact" vehicle alcohol detector,the main technical features are:(1)based on multi sensor data fusion technology and the application of fuzzy algorithm to judge whether the driver has drunk driving.(2)the application of "GPS positioning" technology will in a timely manner send "Drunk driving vehicle" location and owner information by SMS to to the traffic police law enforcement department,so as to effectively stop the drunk driving behavior.The main content of this subject:(1)Using alcohol sensors,STM32 microcontroller,SIM808 communication module and other devices to complete the overall structure of the instrument design;using Altium Designer2010 and RealView MDK to design hardware circuit and software design.(2)Firstly,based on the fuzzy algorithm,the multi sensor data fusion is applied in the cab,and then the position of the alcohol gas source in the cab is located.Finally,the algorithm is simulated by MATLAB.(3)The main function of the system was tested,and the results were compared and analyzed,the experiment proves that the tester can effectively judge and timely warn the driver drunk driving.In this paper,the non contact vehicle alcohol detector has the characteristics of active,real-time and simple,which can be used to prevent the drunken driving behavior.
