The Research Of Project Comprehensive Cost Management’s Evaluation And Optimization

In recent years, the construction industry as a national pillar industry has been developed rapidly. But, with the rapid development of construction industry, a lot of problems begin to be exposed. In order to promote the construction industry return to the track of healthy development. A comprehensive cost management concept should be potential.Firstly, this thesis analyzes project management and cost management theory and practice. On basis of studying the theory and practice, a comprehensive cost management concept has been raised to, and from the dynamic management of the project cost, duration, cost management, quality and cost management perspective, this thesis analyzes and researches the comprehensive cost management theory and practice.Secondly, in order to improve the comprehensive cost management, on basis of social costs of the project, this thesis uses the schedule costs, quality costs, security costs, social costs, construction costs for the evaluation to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model. Then, adding to the empirical research, and in order to improve the scoring situation of the instance, this thesis carries out the specific improved analysis and gives concrete recommendations for improvement.Finally, from the construction project whole team cost management, this thesis proposes some measures and suggestions to optimize the effects of the government, the construction units, social intermediary organizations (trade associations), the construction unit in the comprehensive cost management. And eventually forms a relatively complete set of comprehensive cost management system.
