Because of transportation industry to the mechanical processing industry requirements increasing, the quality of rail requirements become the entire railway machinery processing industry the focus of the study, the use of long rail laying is mainly in order to ensure the stability of the rail car, and the processing precision seriously affecting the train speed and stability, to the end of2002, China Railway has been extensively carried out the four times to carry fast, but will also continue to carry fast. Because the rail especially railhead is bound by the wheel-rail interaction when longitudinal force, lateral force, vibration effect, must cause the uneven wear of rail material, appearance of rail walking surface defects, such as wave abrasion, short, long defect. On the other hand, even if the new production of the steel rail, due to long-term exposure in the air, easily oxidized and rusted, and even produce some attachment, which greatly affected the rail use properties of, therefore, in front of rail rail laying, must undertake a series of processing, which is one of the most critical, destructing procedure., the purpose of this research is on track laying is completed, the welding of rails on both sides of the front wall of the coarse grinding, removal of walls on both sides of the rail impurities and corrosion, so as to maintain the orbit wall smooth, reduce track as conductor resistance, satisfy on-line rail welding will be as conductor tracks the basic requirements for promotion of machine tool structure is perfect, then to improve the machining accuracy of long rail has practical significance.In this paper, rail--wall grinding machine structure will be design at first, and using3D graphics software PROE for three-dimensional modeling. Because the rail wall polishing machine has many key components, hence the need for the key parts and components using ANSYS dynamic analysis, to find out the natural frequency of each component of the model to find out the final analysis of inherent frequency range, provide references for actual production value, at the same time according to the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of contrast, to determine the frequency response.
