In the test process of a turbofan dual-rotor aero-engine, the faults of vibration had been occurrenced frequently, which seriously affected the passing rate of the engine factory. Even according the same technology and the technological requirements of production and assembly of engine, the model results with vibration test will to be vary or individual result in significant differences between the standard in the production process, which is all the aero-engine companies at home and abroad has been an important problem facing. So far, due to technical complexity, this type of engine vibration causes the internal fault has not yet completely clear, it is a big row at the scene of the blindness and randomness, therefore, to carry out vibration analysis of machine it is imperative. The rotor system is the vibration Source of aero engine. In this paper, a turbofan engine for the dual-rotor study, the use of large-scale finite element software ANSYS and the multi-body dynamics simulation software for engine ADAMS co-simulation of dynamic characteristics of machine. First of all, it is analyzed the dynamic characteristics of rotor system by simulation, testing and analyzing of the rotor system; and output the fulcrum after the reaction of rotor system. It is load to the finite element model of the static excitation system as an external to vibration analysis for the casing system. So it can be reflected the vibration contribution and transfer law of the functional components and the machine. Finally, the engine vibration test is done. The test vibration results of this type of aero-engine according with the finite element analysis results. Thus, the vibration test of this type engine also proved the correctness of modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transmission of the path analysis of stator casing of aero-engine in this paper. Which shows that the use of co-simulation technology to research and analysis of aero-engine dynamic characteristics of machine is feasible. Anti-vibration for providing an effective theoretical basis and thus a turbofan engine in the renovation after the issue of excessive vibration of the row. It is feasible ways to reduce the blindness of the renovation work in this paper. At the same time, research method of this paper can also be applied to other similarity types of aero-engine because of technical inheritance.
