With the rapid development of computer technology and cutting technology, cuttingdatabase is an increasingly important position in processing,however, cuttingdatabase is not frequently applied in aerospace industry. Because of its complexstructure, volatility, high material specific strength, chemical activity and difficultyprocessing,aerospace typical part bring a greatly difficulty to processing. Create acutting machining database for typical aerospace parts, we can provide an supportrole in parts processing effectively, improve processing efficiency, ensure the qualityof parts processing,the growth of aerospace industry is also obtained.In this paper, requirement analysis is done mainly by aspect of data and functionalrequirements. The functional architecture model of cutting database is established byadopts object-oriented design method. Then, database application program isfinished by Visual C++6.0software and programming tool called SQL Server2000.The ontology knowledge database is established based on ontology idea, whichinclude the conceptual database, attribute database, rule database, relational databaseand case database. In order to store cutting processing information includingexperience data and manual data of machining information sharing and realize theparts processing information sharing of different processing characteristics, which isa prepare for the optimization cutting parameters.Based on ontology knowledge base, particle swarm optimization algorithm isused to optimize cutting parameters and get new cutting parameters in this paper,which is stored in a database.Finally, considering the module thought and system function model, aerospacetypical parts high-speed cutting database is divided into six function modules, eachperformance of function module is studied exhaustively.
