In dense urban construction of subway construction, the inevitable will cross buildings. Subway construction around the inevitable disturbance formation, resulting in generating additional internal forces and deformation to the nearly buildings, thus affecting the normal use and safety of the building. In order to ensure the safe and orderly construction of subway construction, the need to study the impact of subway construction on the neck near the building is urgently.In this paper, we choose Beijing Subway Line14Lize Business District-Caihuying station tunnel beneath a risk building (the6th Spa Hotel) works as background, study the tunnel through the on buildings through the use of surface-site monitoring data and numerical simulation software. The results of the study are following:(1) In the process of promoting the tunnel, the ground subsidence wavy contours forward diffusion downwards. Near the building foundation, the proliferation of mutation, showed asymmetric contour around. Contour surface subsidence trough located concave surface subsidence area A under construction along the basic foundation to distribution, while the surface trough located on a convex surface subsidence zone B contour settlement building under a closed varying sizes circle.(2) By the time the tunnel face:A building located in the concave area, foundation settlement accounts for about70to95%of the total settlement, located in Zone B convex construction, foundation settlement and the proportion of the total settlement basis from the tunnel into the distance inversely proportional to the maximum of100%.(3) AB building maximum axial force increased by14.6%,11.7%through the tunnel excavation, the axial force is mainly affected in the first layer, the second layer by the excavation, and the maximum axial force is in the first layer. The maximum shear force increased by9.9%, reduced by11.6%, mainly reflecting the impact of shear in the first layer, the second layer. The maximum bending moment were reduced by2.4%, reduced by3.7%, the biggest moment of frame columns have appeared in the second layer, the maximum bending moment of frame beam have appeared at the top level.(4) The maximum bending moment is located in District A female settler building frame column axial force,the maximum shear occurs at the end of the excavation. Frame beam axial force, shear maximum occurs at the end of the excavation, the tunnel face after a moment in time.(5) Located in Zone B male settler building frame columns and frame beam axial force, shear force, the maximum bending moment are in the first cycle of the tunnel excavation.(6) The upper concave region and the region has a convex construction, the vector is not a concave surface region and settlement convex region are added. The concave area is reduced horizontal displacement building, building area and increase the convex horizontal displacement.
