| Pilot tunnel method of excavation double-linked-arch tunnel is the main way of the construction at present,and the pilot tunnel method is well known.In the practice of tunnel engineering construction,the method of pilot tunnel excavation construction model has been applied successfully by tunnel builders,and achieved good results,we have accumulated rich experience in construction and construction technology after a lot of practice and success.However,as we all know the process of pilot tunnel method is much more complex than the method of no pilot tunnelin the field of tunnel construction,and the interference between each construction step slants big,and block the construction processto a certain extent,what is more,it is to increase the number of excavation of pilot tunnel temporary support,tedious installation work will increase the construction procedure,and increase the difficulty of personnel calls.All in all pilot tunnel will make construction period more longerandincrease of investment.On the contrary,no pilot tunnel method have more advantages than the pilot tunnel method,therefore its application and implementation not only improves the economic benefits of the construction of multi-arch tunnel also launched a new construction technology.No pilot tunnel construction technology are conducting the research on the one handin domestic,scholars participate in are positive to attack technology problem,researchers now have a lot of results and useful conclusions,and apply the results to the multi-arch tunnel construction,and achieved good effect,add a lot of benefitsfor the development of social economy.But compared with the results of pilot tunnel method is relatively small,therefore,in this paper,no pilot tunnel method will be the subject construction in relatedmulti-arch tunnel to research and discussionThis thesis mainly uses the program of FLAC3 D on stress and displacement calculation,Multi-arch tunnel model combined with ANSYS meshing and importing the FLAC3 D before operation.First through the simulation of the oak inclined tunnel project of ningbo xiangshan island highway bridge used three construction schemes,Paper gets relevant data and graphics,analysis for key construction steps of displacement and stress distribution and the change rule,and then compares with the original data analysis,it is concluded that the correctness of the numerical simulation.Then,two construction schemes of middle drift has been selected,through the finite difference program FLAC3 D numerical simulation for the two no pilot tunnel construction scheme of drift,obtained the relevant data and graphics,and then compare to the original data validation without the rationality of the construction technology of drift.Then left hole and the excavation right through the first excavation hole of two different construction order,comparing the stress and displacement of surrounding rock is obtained first excavation hole on the right.Finally,we selected the whole section method of construction schemes for without multi-arch tunnel middle drift excavation numerical simulation,using the three different forms of lining structure,and put them in the comparison,finally we obtained the reasonable rock multi-arch tunnel lining structure form under the condition of good surrounding. |
