| Close interaction relationship exists between regional transport system development and economic development, regional transport integration is the important basis of space to regional economic integration, but also foundation and basis of the region coordinating development and economic potential releasing. From the system point of view, the integrated development of transport and economic is a complex system issue, and adaptability of transport and economic is the optimization and integration of the system. Therefore, analyze the adaptability of comprehensive transportation system and economy based on systematic thought has theoretical and practical significance to both formulation of regional transport development and sustainable development.Through the use of transportation planning, economics theory and systems engineering approach give defined to regional comprehensive transportation system and elaborated adaptive mechanisms and inherent logic of regional comprehensive transportation system with economic development. Based on the characteristics of comprehensive transportation system, evaluation index system was built on the aspects of scale, structure, layout and service levels based on the transportation planner, including four hierarchy:target, criterion, status and index. Using the AHP and entropy combined method to determine the index weight, effectively avoided the negative impact of single method given the weight on subjectivity. According to matter element analysis theory and extension set theory, establish an evaluation model of integrated regional transportation system based on AHP-Entropy and Multi-level Extension method. Finally, an adaptive examples of Hubei comprehensive transportation system and economic system has been given, and practice has proved that these ideas and approaches have good operability, the methods are feasible and efficient. |
