| The signal technology of station and section integration represents the development direction of present world's control technology about railway signal. It will be our country's signal safety control technology of speed acceleration on existing railways, passenger special line, freight railway line, high speed railway, urban rail transit and needed subway construction. For double track railway, the train movement control system our country has can realize station and section integrative control. For the single track railway section, the station and section still use relay circuit controling. Relay circcuit has a series of shortcomings, such as bulky, complex wiring, big installation and commissioning intensity, high maintenance cost, so it can not meet the development of the modern railway. Therefore, this paper proposes a new topic "Research on integration of station and section system——The electronic design of single line section blocking system". It can overcome these shortcomings effectively, and has further improvement in safety and reliability.This paper mainly expounds single track section blocking system in electronic design's research. It discusses on scheme design, code realization, equipment apply and so on in detail. As a security real-time control and protection system, single track section blocking system plays a very important role in ensuring train section operating safely. However, the existing single track section block system mainly adopts 64D semi-automatic blocking system. It mainly makes the station attendant manual operate section block, and exists many problems such as operation safety hazard and inefficient.Based on the working principle of existing 64D semi-automatic blocking system, and based on the requirements of railway technical standards, for single track section blocking system in electronic design, and use the approprate hardware and software to achive funtions of system.In terms of hardware design, this paper mainly uses simple hardware circuits such as PCI-1761 boards, two neutral relays and diodes to realize information tranfer of 64D semi-automatic blocking system between two stations.At the same time, only one train running between two stations. And it has function of short citcuit and open citcuit. When the hardware failure, it will automatically orient the safety side.In terms of software design, this paper mainly uses Visual C++6.0 platform development, uses modular design. Based on relay logic circuit's work principles of existing 64D semi-automatic blocking systems, this paper designs the flow charts of each module and realizes logical operation of semi-automatic block through encoding. In the process of software design reserves corresponding interfaces to connect with other equipment. This paper also introduces the engineering application method of single track section blocking system, and interface circuit between the system and existing 6502 electric integrated station interlocking equipment, station computer based interlocking system and full electronic computer interlocking equipment.Comparing single section block system in electronic to the relay semi-automatic block system, this paper researched has advantages such as more advanced technology, covers less space, more compact equipment, low energy consumption, ease of application, facilitate connection to computer monitoring, helps to failure analysis and processing of system. |
