| Since the reform opening up and rapid economic growth, the development of construction industry has made great strides in China.In cities, high-rise buildings and subway stations are emerged,which promoted the pit engineering more quickly,and scale is more and more bigger, the excavation depth is more and more deep.But the pit engineering has a large quantities, digging deep, complex form, difficult construction, environmental factors and so on.In the process of construction, the construction units will be faced with the various risks factors of construction quality.So researching on quality risk management for pit construction can help prevent and reduce quality accident. This paper used "quality risk management of pit engineering"as the object, object has carried out the following researches:(1)Construction quality management and risk management are analyzed in the current status of domestic and international, the research significance of construction quality risk management for pit engineering.(2)Construction quality risk management theory and its characteristics for pit engineering are discussed, their process is built, the quality risk assessment-methods are analyzed.(3)According to the characteristics and the formation process of pit engineering quality risk, the main influencing factors are analyzed, which is human, material, method,machine and environment. The evaluation index system and construction quality risk assessment model for pit engineering are established.(4)Taking the pit engineering of power dispatching communication buildings in Hunan province as an example, the influencing factors of construction quality for pit engineering are analyzed, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to test and verify the practical pit engineering, decided the grade of risk evaluation,and the controlling measures of construction quality risk project are put forward. |
