Hydraulic damper is one of the important parts in the railway vehicles. Its performance determines the security and cosiness of train. With the advancement of railway'speed, the self-made hydraulic damper can't satisfy the requirement of high performance hydraulic damper. It is provided with important meaning to develop high-powered test-bed.The widely used hydraulic damper is researched and the elements of damp characteristic are discussed in this article. Some influence factors which provide gist to design new damper test-bed are analyzed and given simulation.After being compared with overseas and domestic test-bed in existence, the hydraulic test-bed is designed and the elements are chosen. Its model is built with the method of power bonds graph. Through simulation and experimental verification, some rules are found out. The bevel of pump doesn't influence the response speed and the oil elasticity coefficient influences the original response of system. If the pressure is constant, the velocity of cylinder doesn't change along with the load. The speed is sensitivity and the quantity of movement parts can change the performance. The system damp influences the stabilization output of the speed.Based on the program modularization of LabVIEW, the test software is designed and the experiment is carried out. After experimental verification, the test-bed can provide accurate sine wave and has a broad test area. The test result which is nicety and precision is completely according with the test demand...
