As an important component of the hydraulic system,performances of hydraulic pump and motor have a great impact on the performance of hydraulic system;So it is necessary to study the hydraulic pump and motor test system.The study of high power test system is of great significance for saving energy and protecting environment,and it can provide guidance for improving the structure principle of pump motor test system.This paper summarized the technical characteristics of different control system?the working principle and the advantages-disadvantage of different kind of power recovery hydraulic pump and motor,designed overall scheme of test system of high power hydraulic pump and motor combined with the project requirements and described the hydraulic principle of the system and the composition of the measurement and control system;By studying the loading principle of the test system,the influence of the structural parameters of the loading system on its loading performance was analyzed by Amesim simulation;The loading system control algorithm was added into the test system to simulate the influence of some parameters on the pressure loading performance of the system;According to the test requirements,the host computer software written in C#language and the corresponding PLC program were developed,and the basic functions of software were tested.
