As such for the planning and design of leisure farm is scientific directly relates to the success or failure of business in the future, thus increasingly become the focus of researchers.This thesis try to leisure farm building and planning design as the research methods, to explore suitable with the Changsha recreational farms in the development of architectural and planning design theory.First of all, in this paper, the leisure farm to consumers, tourists and tourism related theory to comb, to Changsha tourism resources, the status and characteristics of leisure agriculture were analyzed, which provides the theoretical foundation for the next research.Second, for leisure farm in Changsha, capital of detailed field investigation, including the research of15Changsha recreational farms and a questionnaire to visitors. Through the research, summarize types of leisure farms currently out of the Changsha and characteristics; Tourist consumer groups for the segmentation research, analysis summed up the types of tourists and the diversified needs. And obtained by the above data analysis summary Changsha leisure farms in arrangements, space layout, planning and design, architectural design, landscape design, culture connotation, ecological environment and infrastructure construction of various problems, provides a practical basis for study of Changsha leisure farm. Finally, in view of the tourist demand diversification under the background of leisure farm to the existing problems of Changsha, in Changsha city mainly from the Angle of architecture and planning and design of leisure farm construction puts forward the design ideas and design ideas, and hopes to improve and solve the problems of Changsha leisure farms in the developing.
