The Design Of An Intelligent Community Management System

This thesis introduces the concept, history and development of intelligent resi-dential zone in the intelligent building field.With the study of it, the importance of the intelligent of residential zone is dis-cussed in this thesis. And with the example of intelligent residential zone project, this thesis introduces its engineering design of the weak current system in detail, which includes the following aspect.Indoor intelligent home control system:The main function of the main control unit in this system is the realization of the communication with GSM by using AT-MEGA128processor. It can read in GSM the SMS commands sent by the users then analyze the commands with ATMEGA128processor and transfer it into control signal to control household appliances.Intercom system:According to the design requirements, the video door phone system is applied. This system is a network monitoring platform of communication contains the differential digital transmission technology, image automatic gain com-pensation technique, twisted-pair cable transmission adaptive equalizer compensation technology, TCP/IP technology and computer communication technology. It can meet different users’requirements by applying building unit system, building bus system, TCP/IP network (LAN) tertiary structure.Access control system:It is people based, centering on the card which is the core media medium. One-card is using TCP/IP as the first lever network communication of computer and system terminal equipment, and is using LAN10/100M Mbps as the first lever network of the data transmission communication of SQL server and all the sys-tem workstations.Monitoring and elevator control system:The networked distributed system is used to realize distributed real-time monitoring and interactive communication. With the advanced MPEG video codes pure hardware compression video control technology, the data of video monitoring can be downloaded and played by using player software on other computers, can be watched by internetworking. By using elevator emergency calling system, it can realize the calling and talk-back with security monitoring center in case of an emergency.Parking lot management system:By using Fuji T2series intelligent parking lot management system and with care reader, electric car brake, automatic card machine, information display screen, voice prompt and signal pane, the intelligent, quick and safe vehicle access-control system is formed.
