With the acceleration of the process of modernization, the traffic congestion in the city is aggravated. Therefore, the present stage, our country each big city are taking positive measures to improve the traffic condition. While the city rail transit system as a public transportation to effectively improve the city traffic jam situation, its operation is more efficient and fast or not, whether can give full play to the city rail transit system in improving the city traffic function, has received more and more attention. In the research of rail transit station spacing is an inevitable factors to consider. The station spacing if not reasonable will affect the passenger travel convenience, which leads to the lack of rail transit passenger flow, the railway traffic is difficult to achieve its purpose of building, can not meet the original intention of the construction of rail transit. So its setting is reasonable or not has a crucial impact on rail traffic. At the same time also shows that optimizing the station spacing is very meaningful. This paper mainly research is in the initial stage of city rail transit construction, how to determine the reasonable city rail transit station distance through the passenger flow forecast. In this paper, firstly, it summarizes the domestic and foreign city rail transit station spacing optimization of the successful experience and research methods; Then, the influence factors of city rail transit station spacing are analyzed in detail, from the system characteristics, city scale, competition characteristics and station location and so on; Based on the analysis of the operation cost, engineering cost, trip distance distribution, land development and other factors affecting the results, establishment of the station spacing of city rail transportation cost benefit index, and the index of cost and benefit of different units in the United. Finally, based on the total revenue of rail transit maximum as target, Finally, with a total yield of rail transit as the goal, this paper introduced the cost benefit index of each, and the establishment of city rail transit station spacing optimization model, the hybrid algorithm according to the actual data using integer programming and search method for combining optimization calculation, the optimal theory of average station spacing.
