| In recent years,with the share of railway passenger transportation is increasing in the whole transport market,leading to other modes of transportation to take various measures to enhance their competitiveness,so that railway transportation competitive with other modes of transportation between the increasingly fierce.Therefore,some countries refer to revenue management in railway passenger transportation in order to improve the competitiveness of railway transportation.Revenue management is the operators to sell the right products to the right consumers at the right price and time.Under the current complex situation of domestic large population and large population movements,in order to make revenue management theory play a larger role in the field of railway passenger transport,the railway should change the current domestic single price mechanism.Railway passenger transport off-season,due to the low attendance of the train,not only result in waste of resources and exacerbated by the railway passenger transport spare seats phenomenon,but also not conducive to the development of rail passenger transport.In this paper,a method based on revenue management for railway passenger transportation in the off-season,through a discount fares to attract passengers to reduce the phenomenon of spare seats,improve the utilization of railway passenger transportation resources and increase operating revenue of passenger trains.According to the pricing environment of current domestic railway passenger transport,learn from the successful methods of revenue management in aviation sector to complete the revenue management theory of railway passenger transport sector and improve the level of organization and management of domestic railway passenger transportation is the main content of this paper.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of China’s railway passenger revenue management research,the current research status of revenue management at home and abroad,and an overview of the core ideas and basic methods of revenue management,as well as the current application and results achieved in other areas.After comparing the application features of revenue management and characteristics of railway passenger transport products,analyzes the feasibility of application of revenue management in the field of China railway passenger transportation.Secondly,this paper introduces the definition,method and principle of China’s railway passenger ticket intelligent pre-defined,and gives a set of suitable for railway passenger transportation off-season ticket pre-scale intelligence algorithm.Given the pre-separation algorithm based on different fare level seats on the demand and this research is organized around the core idea of the theory of revenue management,it is also built to maximize thesingle passenger train operating income as the goal,the number of seats for the different fare level variable model.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the model,analyzes several intelligent algorithms suitable for solving combinatorial optimization problems,the final choice of the model is solved using Genetic Algorithms.At the same time an overview of the core idea of genetic algorithms,computing process and characteristics of the algorithm,and gives the steps and algorithms for solving flowchart model based on Genetic Algorithm.Finally,case studies solved for seats allocation of a single train in the railway passenger transport off-season when maximum operating earnings.The number of the different fare level seats when maximum operating earnings into pre-intelligent algorithm to obtain the optimal amount of pre-vote results,completion of the study on the railway ticketing organization strategy. |
