| The oil pump efficiency is an important parameter in reflecting the economic performanceof the oil pump. With China carry out energy-saving and emission reduction,the enterprisesneed to accurately and frequently test the eiffciency value of pump,to master the device itselfthe operation of the energy use, assess equipment operation that is reasonable or not. Atpresent, the measurement accuracy of the the efficiency of domestic pump testing instrumentsis low, real-time and reliability was in poor condition, the site operability is also relativelypoor.Now, there are two ways in pump efficiency test,one is hydraulics,the other is thethermodynamic method. This project focus on method of testing pump eiffciency based on thethermodynamic theory. Start from the energy conservation law of conversion, analyze theprocess in heat pump, deduce the formula of testing pump efifciency in theory.And analyses theerror in this testing method. Preliminary discussion on the pump head, shaft power, speed andother related parameters of which the test pirnciple and test method.This project to develop pump efficiency testing instrument based on51series SCM. Todevelop a kind of pump efifciency measurement device that simple operation, easy to carry andcan satisfying the accuracy requirement, will combinate the computer technology, sensortechnology and data collection and processing technology to realize testing the efficiency of thepump. According to the speciifc requirements in the actual work, this project has developed avisual sotfware of teste data processing, Use c language in programming, realise signal intesting detected, read, conversed, calculated and displayed, and so on.After completion of theprototype, we made a test on pump, the expeirmental results prove that this testing instrument isstable and reliable, testing precision and automation is high,maintenance management isconvenient,it has a good technical and economic performance. |
