With the development of the biomedicine technology, the study of artificial heart and mechanical heart assistant devices becomes the focus in department of cardiac surgery and biomedicine engineering field. And axial flow blood pump becomes the hotspot on the structural study of artificial heart recently.At the course of the artificial heart study, the energy supply is one of the key problems because driving method is the key technology to the practicality of the subminiature blood pump. In the system of traditional blood pump, almost all the blood pumps supply energy through canal or store energy in the body, Which are not fit for long use because they will bring many problems such as infection.Driving through outside magnetic field can solve the shortage of the supply energy system of ancient blood pump. Through non-contact magnetic field driving it avoids a series of engineering and medicinal difficulties such as pressurization, leakage and body repellency, which is difficult to conquer in the ancient pump, and reduce the chance of being infected greatly. So driving via outside magnetic field is a important innovation.This paper brings forward the outside magnetic driving system of axial flow blood pump based on single chip microcomputer. And then validates the feasibility of the scheme. The main research contents as following:1. The volume of the magnet is analyzed in the paper. The spatial mathematics model of magnetic field is established, and the magnetic field is emulated through ANSYS software.2.The producing means of revolving magnetic field are being studied. According to the working specialties of blood pump, the working principle of axial blood pump driving via outside magnetic field and the requirement of the driving device, I adopt the excitation driving method as the producing means.3. Outside magnetic field driving system of axial flow blood pump is designed and studied. According to the producing means of revolvingmagnetic field, two producing methods of the pulse are put forward, and the outside magnetic field driving system based on single chip microcomputer is designed. Including the design of hardware and software system. And the speed regulating software of the driving device is designed. The last ,the precautionary measures that aim at the interference in working process are put forward.
