The Study Of Sustainable Design Of New Rural Community And Housing In Chengdu Suburb

Chengdu was granted as piloting comprehensive reform for coordinated and balanced urban-rural development in June.2006. It proposes the new urban-rural shape construction, construction of ecological civilization and the strengthening of sustainable development through energy conversation and ecological environment protection. In such condition, Chengdu highly values overall urban and rural and sustainable development,the author puts forward the paper’s title—The Study of Sustainable Design of New Rural Community and Housing in Chengdu Suburb.The thesis is based on the new country construction practice in counties surrounded Chengdu, the author made questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation on the rural of240households in3towns of Chengdu suburbs such as Huayuan town in Pixian county, Juntun town in Xindu county.And the survey show the existing problems such as the housing design,building energy-conversation,infrastructure construction and so on.On the basis of current research,data analysis,the author pays close attention to the rural housing construction in Chengdu Suburbs.Through two aspects,the new rural community plan and the architecture,the author discussed sustainable construction of the new rural community in Chengdu Suburb.The planning and construction of the new rural community in Chengdu Suburbs concerns the location of the new rural community,.infrastructure construction,cultural diversity,and it proposes some strategies in economic feasibility,public participation. In the new rural housing sustainable construction,it mainly research the housing function layout,the elevation and building envelope.It also explores appropriate technology of country such as biogas utilization,organic compost,straw utilization,which applies to the climate in Chengdu.In the background of strained resources,the deteriorating ecological environment today,rural housing sustainable construction is of greater significance.I hope the paper could give some advice on sustainable housing construction in Chengdu Suburbs.
