Research On Public Art’s Intervention In The Construction Of Rural Community

With the development of urbanization,urban and rural imbalance,sparse population and aging,resulting in rural industrial decline and other problems.In recent years,China regards rural revitalization as a national development strategy,and how to find out the feasible way to promote rural revitalization has become a problem to be solved.In the practical case of public art intervention in rural community building,the relatively mature Japanese Echigo-Tsumari Art Field began to be prepared under this background,from the first in 2000 to the seventh in2018.Gradually realized the public art intervention rural community construction revitalization.Based on the relevant documents and official reports of Japanese and domestic art festivals,this paper studies and discusses the impact of public art intervention on rural community construction,and invites famous artists at home and abroad to inject vitality into some changes.Using the research methods of field investigation,literature analysis,comparative analysis and data analysis,this paper analyzes it from practice and theory,hoping to bring enlightenment,reference and reference to the development of rural construction in China.Firstly,the first chapter systematically expounds the concept of community construction and public art,the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research scope of public art intervention in rural community construction.The second chapter further points out the development of public art and community building and the necessity of intervention.The third chapter analyzes the reasons why public art drives the development of Echigo-Tsumari,the formation of regional culture,the process of regional revitalization project,the sustainable development model and how artists excavate the works of regional resources creation.The fourth chapter is the enlightenment to the community construction of public art intervention,and expounds the influence and points that need to be paid attention to in the process of intervention from different angles of local government,curators,artists,local residents and tourists.The fifth chapter summarizes the research process and the social value and future prospects in the process of intervention,as well as the discussion on the implementation of China.
