| Motive target simulator system is an equipment of simulation and test for radar seeker, it can simulate flight gesture of special objects. The remote control and local control in the test computer, simulating space target position, angular velocity and other information, used for radar seeker semi physical simulation test chamber. It is the main body of the right angle coordinate robot is composed of a mechanical guide one or two dimensional, by Mitsubishi PLC programming control program, can make it according to the curve runs the specified, help seeker search and tracking function. It consists of XY axis mechanical guide rail, target simulator control device and a support bracket. Moving target simulator controller is studied in this paper by the Mitsubishi Co the most advanced FX3U series PLC as the central control unit, dual axis positioning unit FX2N series, rapid positioning, the system can achieve linear interpolation and circular interpolation function, the AC servo motor with small inertia and high power as a driving unit, and through the shaft encoder17as but realize accurate position control feedback. This paper presents the hardware and software design of the target simulator, focuses on the software design process of the target simulator; the control technology of PLC and a positioning module combination and integrated circuit technology, the design and implementation of the controller for motion target simulator, which includes the PLC procedures and positioning device programming process. The ladder diagram programming language, designed target simulator system software, four operational cycle program including PLC and positioning module, the communication program between PLC and host computer communication network and PLC, and rapid positioning, the positioning module of linear interpolation and circular interpolation procedure flow in detail. The software of the system target simulator test and function test, the test results are given. The test results show that, moving target simulator is designed and implemented in this paper to meet the design requirements, has been successfully used in a radar seeker testing system. |
