Self-compacting concrete is in the premise of the low water-cement ratio, the low amount of cement content, through the choice of different gradation of coarse aggregate different characteristics of the cementing materials, different functional requirements of concrete admixture and select suitable ratio design method of concrete.before the initial setting the coarse and the fine aggregate suspended in the concrete. Self-compacting concrete no segregation, no secrete water, do not use vibrating equipment. Concrete has good fluidity and uniform filling in the component template. After template removal concrete has smooth surface, without honeycomb and pouring false. With mechanical properties and good durability after hardened.In the process of construction self-compacting concrete can save manpower, material and financial resources, also can reduce noise pollution in construction, improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality of concrete. But self-compacting concrete has relative short history in the development history in our country, there are still many problems need to be strudied.In this paper, the experience according to the theoretical principles use the local raw materials. Through the analysis of the lot of calculation methods, finalized according with the Self-compacting Concrete Application Of Technical Regulations to determine the calculation method of the self-compacting concrete. Through the analysis of multiple test methods, use the orthogonal test. Through the three sets of orthogonal experiment, in each test change the type and quantity of experiments admixtures, unit volume, unit volume of the coarse aggregate usage and water-cement ratio. Study assessment index system of new mixing concrete slump, slump expansion degree and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength after hardened28days. During the three sets of orthogonal experiment, the first group of orthogonal experiments optional the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the second set of orthogonal experiment election the melamine-based superplasticizer, the third set of orthogonal experiment used the polycarboxylated acid based superplasticizer and lignin superplasticizer.Through the effective analysis of the experimental data, optimize the preparation of a slump≥240mm,slump extended degree≥550mm,28-days compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of self-compacting concrete to meet the strength requirement of preparation. Use the range analysis and variance analysis of the experimental data to get the best proportion. Through the further verification tests to get experimental data can satisfy the self-compacting concrete work performance requirements.
