This article take the Liuzhuang ore s basic construction of shaft lining in Huai Nan as the topic, develops under the multi-factors function the minus temperature and fluiding and early strength shaft lining concrete s nature and the fundamental research.First the achievement which to the minus temperature and fluiding concrete development, the present situation and obtains has carried on the system elaboration, and pointed out these theories and the achievement are the foundation of studying the minus temperature shaft lining concrete, at the same time, has pointed out the minus temperature shaft lining concrete s necessity and the vital significance.The minus temperature concrete in above the plain concrete durable technology base, through increasing concrete admixture, mineral substance ultra fine dust, optimizing mixture ratio design, controlling raw material quality and strengthening construction measure and so on, enhances its durability. Compares the minus temperature concrete and the plain concrete, has its particularity, mainly manifests in temperature and construction environment. For instance, this article involves the shaft lining concrete, is in the minus temperature environment initially, and is in the time temperature at last. So says from the performance, the minus temperature concrete must have the early anti-freezing performance.Through to the present commonly used by antifreeze component action mechanism analysis and the concrete early time anti-freezing mechanism discussion, uses superplasticizer and anti-freezing admixture and early-strength admixture and air entraining admixture compound technology route, through the orthogonal experiment designed compound highly effective admixture adapted the minus temperature and early strength and fluiding shaft lining concrete. And the minus temperature shaft lining concrete under mixing the highly effective admixture condition, develops a series of researches including the working performance, the impervious, the cube compressive strength, the setting time and so on. Draws the conclusion: the minus temperature and fluiding and early strength shaft lining concrete under the condition of mixing the highly effective admixture, the initially setting time is 6 hours 45 minutes, the final setting time is 7 hours 55 minutes, the cube compressive strength at 8 hours is 5 MPa , the cubes compressive strength at 7 to 56 days is 42.2 MPa , is 94% of 28days s, the concrete air content is 5%, situates request of the minus temperature concrete, the impervious rank is 42, the slump loses of concrete mixing is 12% at 60 minutes, the working performance meets the request.
