Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer,Polycarboxylate superplasticizer had advantages of strong dispersion,high water reducing rate,keep fluidity strong and so on.In recent years,the application scope of polycarboxylate superplasticizert had expanded rapidly,and its usage had greatly increased in commercial concrete.Relevant literature reports,most of the reinforcing agent,such as triethanolamine,tri isopropanolamine,sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate,often matched with the water reducing agent,which was mainly naphthalene superplasticizer,aminosulfonic acid superplasticizer and aliphatic superplasticizer,these reinforcing agent was not fit the preparation of liquid enhanced pumping agent of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and reinforcing agent.About research report of adaptability of compound use of reinforcing agent(inorganic salts,organics)and polycarboxylate superplasticizer was also less.However,in the current market either admixture activator or concrete reinforced agent(synergist),their dosage was bigger,and often was up to a few thousandths.This would make not convenient compound use of admixture excitation and concrete reinforcing agent with pumping agent increase.The inorganic salt or organic micro reinforcing agent,which the amount of cementitious materials added was 0.01% to 0.05% was introduced into this paper.In the system of cement-fly ash and cement-slag,firstly,this paper tested the fluidity and strength of mineral admixture morta;Secondly,it studied the adaptability of the compound use of micro reinforcing agent with polycarboxylate superplasticizer or naphthalene superplasticizer,and compared,then select out micro inorganic salt(sodium silicate,sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate)and micro organic(cetyl alcohol,hard acid sodium salt,triethanolamine,tri-isopropanolamine)adapting to different superplasticizers;Finally,it systematically studied the effect of micro reinforcing agent on properties of concrete with fly ash or slag.The test results show that:(1)It is compound use of micro reinforcing agent and pumping agent of different water reducing agent types,and then match with naphthalene superplasticizer,the enhancement is not well,and matching effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is better than naphthalene superplasticizer.(2)The micro reinforcing agent has no effect on the concrete of the pure cement system,so that can activated the activity of the mineral admixture to enhance the strength of concrete.(3)The compound use of micro reinforcing agent has better enhanced effect,and on the basis of increasing the content of mineral admixture and reducing the amount of cement,it can make the strength of concrete keep unchanged or slightly improved and can reduce the cost of concrete,it brings obvious economic benefit.Per cubic concrete can save the cost of 6-7 yuan.
