Yunnan Intelligent Transportation System Based On Public Service

With the rapidly development of new science and technology in China, Intelligent Transportation have made a significant impact on the government governance. In the field of government’s public management, information and information resources management has become an increasingly important area. How to improve the performance of the transportation system with the help of information technology has become an important responsibility of public managers. Due to the information resources management and government remodeling process, the contents and manners of Public transportation services have been significant changed. In addition to the traditional way to strengthen the transportation infrastructures, our government also made more concerned about the Chinese intelligent transportation development strategy. We will actively explore the way of high and new technology to change the traditional transportation of China, and improve the efficiency of Chinese traffic system. Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is one of them. ITS will provide better transportation for the people services, and make transportation safety and efficiency. ITS have provides a more effective means for transportation management. With the development of Intelligent Transportation Systems, on the one hand, it will solve the traffic problems; on the other hand, it will provide us a more convenient means of information exchange. Therefore, Intelligent Transportation System Development study in Yunnan Province which base on the public services, will explore a development path in Yunnan, it will not only has its objective necessity in theory, but also has practical guiding significance.In this paper, through the analysis of the current development of ITS in domestic and foreign countries. It analyzes the meaning of intelligent transportation in public service. The authors analyzed the current situation of public transportation in Yunnan and found its services problems and phenomena, then summarize the characteristics of public transportation in Yunnan. Through these studies, the author analyzed the development of intelligent transportation situation in Yunnan Province, studied the public service based Intelligent Transportation System in Yunnan, and found the necessity of developing ITS. We research on Intelligent Transportation System in Yunnan Province which based on public services, and explore its development model, the basic development ideas and the overall framework We had studied the development trend of the road transport industry and discussed its practical reference indicates. This research indicated the next stage of development direction and goals of ITS in Yunnan Province, and provided a reference for its future development.
