Research On Construction And Development Of "Intelligent Transportation" In Yunnan Province

With the rapid development of social economy, the traffic flow increasing fast, the mode of existing expressway management and travel service cannot be able to satisfy the demands of intelligent management and diversified travel service. With the rapid development and widely use of a new generation of network and information technology, it becomes an inevitable trend for digital application moving towards intelligent application. The intelligent transportation wile be an important direction of the development of traffic in twenty-first Century. It is the goal of intelligent transportation construction that marshaling resources, traffic guidance, information sharing, emergency disposal, integrated management, travel services.This paper takes Yunnan province "intelligent transportation" development as the research object, the experience of domestic and foreign intelligent transportation and intelligent transportation is referenced. A synthesis analysis of the existing problems and reasons in expressway operation and management of Yunnan Province is made,a "intelligent transportation" program which suit to the objective conditions and requirements of Yunnan Province is designed.It has describe the development ideas and construction strategy of "intelligent transportation" for Yunnan province in detail in this paper. A complete set of "intelligent transportation" program is designed from the charging management system, monitoring management platform, emergency response and dispose, big data center, GIS (Geographic Information System) application, information platform and communication and information security. And the construction methods and goals for each module are introduced in detail.By combining personal work experience with the shortages of "intelligent transportation" in Yunnan Province, whose target, development ideas and implementation methods is proposed in theory. With the construction achievement of "intelligent transportation", the management and service level of highway transportation in Yunnan Province will significantly improved, ETC business will be better promoted, to provide diversification service for public travel, and wider information resources value.
