| Electricity is one of the most important energy in modern society, and it is widely used indifferent fields. Power system is a huge system with production, transmission, distribution andconsumption. Each part of it will cause the energy loss in different degrees. The loss ofdistribution is one of the important part of the loss belongs to the power system, so that toreduce the loss of distribution is very meaningful for the power supplying companies toimprove economic returns. On the other hand, voltage quality is an important guarantee fornormal operation of the power system. It not only represents the power system operation andmanagement level, but also has the important influence to the safe operation of equipment. Toimprove the network loss, the voltage quality and other problems, distribution network needsto be optimized or transformed by some measures. It can shows the effect of the energysaving and voltage improving by evaluating the energy saving potential and voltageimproving potential of the lines. The result of the evaluation can guide the reform andplanning of distribution network.Both the line loss rate and voltage qualified rate are main examination indexes of thepower system. In order to reduce the line loss rate and improve the voltage qualification rate,many experts and scholars studied on the generating mechanism of grid loss, voltage loss andthe relevant improvement measures. In these studies, we can know that some factors affectingthe grid loss and voltage loss at the same time. Therefor, there are some measures can affectboth both of them. This article comprehends energy saving potential and voltage qualityimproving potential together, and puts forward the method system of comprehensive energysaving potential evaluation.First of all, this article classifies the lines of Guilin10kV distribution according to theelectrical characteristrics. Then pick up several typical lines to evaluate the comprehensiveenergy saving potential in six different remaking measures. On the basis of it, it can get thereform measures selection ranking for each type of the lines by combining with thecost-effectiveness and measures’ difficulty. At last, combining with the practical operation ofpower grid, put forward the feasible retrofit scheme. This paper analyzes the comprehensive energy saving potential of Guilin10kVdistribution network, it helps Guilin to focus on the reconstruction of some lines with largercomprehensive energy saving potential. In addition, the measures selection ranking can makethe reform of distribution network have better economic benefit. This article is closelycombined with the actual situation of Guilin, it has certain reference significance to thedistribution network planning of this city. |
