Electric power industry is both a basic industry and a public utility,both means of production and means of livelihood,it related to social progress,production development and level of life improvement,it has very important status.As social and economy development rapidly,our country’s electric power industry also progress adequately.In electric network runs stabilization premise,the energy saving and loss reduction of electric network become more and more important,especially the energy saving and loss reduction of distribution network is the point of study and discussion of country and foreign country expert and scholar.Due to distribution network has large scale and many services and has lower information degree,it can’t collect integrated message of electric network power service status,the most work of electric network aim at calculate line loss and energy saving measures in some apart area,but it lack of entire angle of distribution network to consider the improvement of energy saving effect and the invest capital is not average and waste easily.This paper consider practical situation.(1)It build The indicator system of heavy relation loss of network in medium voltage distribution network,the indicator abandon former complex indicator system and build convenient to apply to practical engine but have heavy relation loss of network;(2)Through build line loss forecast model based on fuzzy relation degree to forecast the line loss rate which lack of running message and cant calculate line loss region distribution network;(3)Pick out the most heavy loss line and analysis energy saving potential firstly,through use forward and backward substitution method combine modified line loss calculation method to calculate loss rate of branches and distribute transformers and compare with loss rate standard to ensure heavy loss facilities;(4)Through line loss forecast analysis of a region medium voltage distribution network verify rationality and effectiveness of fuzzy relation degree apply to forecast line loss rate.The energy saving evaluation method have practical guide effect for distribution network loss reduction work.
