| In recent years,global environmental problems have continued to deteriorate,and extreme climate events represented by heat waves and cold waves have occurred frequently.The impact of climate change has further exacerbated the energy crisis.As an important area of energy consumption,the construction industry has a significant increase in building energy consumption in the process of rising temperatures.Although,China guides building energy conservation and low-carbon development by promoting green buildings.However,with the high quality development of our social economy,the residents have gradually improved the requirements for the building indoor environment;in addition,the rising temperature further aggravates the residents’ dependence on the air conditioning system in the building,which leads to the continuous growth of building energy consumption,and the energy-saving advantages of green buildings have not been fully demonstrated.Therefore,it is urgent to take corresponding measures to cope with climate change,improve building climate adaptability and reduce building energy consumption.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to analyze the impact of climate change on building energy consumption and propose energy-saving adaptation strategies for green buildings.However,at this stage,the accurate calculation model of energy consumption for green buildings is not yet clear,and the comprehensive characterization of the impact of climate change scenarios on building energy consumption has not been achieved,and the adaptive development strategy of green building energy conservation has not been clarified.Based on this,from the perspective of adapting to climate change,this study constructed a green building energy consumption measurement model and predicted the energy consumption of green buildings under future climate change scenarios,and analyzed the energy consumption characteristics of green buildings and the impact of climate change on building energy consumption.Firstly,this study conducted field research on green building information and building energy consumption,and collected the current residential building information,residential electricity consumption behavior patterns and building energy consumption data by issuing questionnaires.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the correlation analysis of the influencing factors of building energy consumption was carried out to identify the significant indicators affecting building energy consumption.Secondly,based on the life cycle theory and the process supervision of the building,the source of energy consumption in the life cycle of the green building was identified,and the life cycle energy consumption calculation of the single green building was completed.Based on the building prototype method,combined with statistical data screening,a representative building within the city was established,and an urban-scale building energy consumption measurement model was constructed to achieve accurate measurement of urban-scale building energy consumption.Thirdly,from the perspective of adapting to future climate change,three scenarios of future climate change were quantitatively described,and the performance of building energy consumption under future climate change scenarios was measured to reveal the impact of climate change on building energy consumption.Finally,combined with the analysis results of influencing factors,the calculation results of building energy consumption and the results of green building energy saving effect under climate change scenarios,the green building energy saving adaptive strategy was proposed.The results show that residential electricity consumption behavior can significantly affect building energy consumption;in the life cycle of the building,the operation and maintenance stage is an important source of building energy consumption,which accounts for about 80% of the energy consumption in the life cycle of the building.In the urban scale building energy consumption,the family of three is an important source of urban scale building energy consumption,about 29.7% of the urban scale building energy consumption is generated by the family of three.From the results of building energy consumption under future climate change scenarios,the effect of temperature rise on building energy consumption is very significant.The number of cooling degree days in the future will increase by 28.1%-311.8%,resulting in an increase of 5.19%-36.06% in the air conditioning energy intensity of single residential buildings;the results show that the energy consumption of urban-scale buildings will peak in 2039.In addition,the evaluation results of the energy saving effect of green buildings confirm that green buildings have energy saving advantages.The energy saving rate of air conditioning is 21.41%-36.93%,but the energy saving rate of green buildings decreases with the increase of temperature.According to the results,this study proposes green building energy-saving adaptive strategies from the aspects of building envelope performance,building internal equipment system and residential electricity consumption behavior mode.This study analyzed the impact of climate change and building energy conservation,and put forward the development strategy of green building energy conservation to adapt to climate change.The research results and technical methods of this study can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the development of building energy conservation in China. |
