| Track Regularity is the basic conditions which has great influence on the safety and high speed of train. And track geometric status inspection instrument are pivotal equipment which should be applied during both the process of building and operating. On the basis of the analysis of relevant research status, the FPGA based key technology and traditional hardware structure are studied to resolve the flaws of existing measuring system, discovering a new approach of hadware design and having great significance on the replacement of track geometric status inspection instrument.The main research contents include:The principles of inspection system are analyzed deeply. Then the inspection system is designed which consists of industrial panel computer and software, total station, embedded data acquisition system.After the analysis of the architecture, acharacteristic and excellence of FPGA, the FPGA-based hardware is implemented to resovle the flaws of the current MCU-based measuring equipment. The acquisition system uses a Cyclone FPGA from Altera as the control core, realizing high speed acquisition, processing, caching and sending datas of digital and analog sensors with the help of peripheral circuits.After comparing the character of four onchip buses, the Wishbone is chosen.Futher more, the function modules that based on wishbone bus are designed, which includes master and slave.Then the top level, application level and driver level of master and slave are modeled. Besides, time analysis and optimization are conducted. The time analysis report meet the requirements.The logical analysis and system tests are both implemented. Finally, the test result shows that all the functions satisfied the design requirement. The new track geometric status inspection system is more powerful,easy expanded and reconfigurable.With large logical resources, it support both Inertia Measurement and Length Measurement. |
