As one important part of NATM, monitoring and surveying of tunnel construction are attached more and more importance in our country, and it is essential for optimal design and construction safety. Since the process will get a lot of detection data, How manage these data effectively is always one of the important problems in tunnel monitoring measurement.With the development of Internet technology and database technology, the development of the monitoring management system based on Internet has become a new trend and direction of the development of monitoring technologies. The set of systems provides a common platform, deals with every section of monitoring measurement data and improves aid decision making. the author has developed a tunnel construction monitoring and surrounding rock deformation prediction analysis system. According to the requirement analysis, the system is clearly divided into five modules:user management module, tunnels basic information management module, monitoring information management module, weekly and monthly management module, warning forecast module. The system achieves the function of input and storage of monitoring data, graph of curve, building report, and predictions of tunnel surrounding rock deformation value, rock stability time and country rock of the final stable value.It is easy to use and user can access tunnel information at any time or anywhere. The system provides an effective means of monitoring information management system for highway tunnels, and provide a scientific basis for decision-making.
