| With the fast development of social economy in our country, more and more tunnels are needed in engineering construction. Some of them emerge in high level road construction, while others serve for other purposes, such as drainage etc. In order to guarantee safe and successful tunnel construction, we should provide optimal construction scheme according to those we already got in tunnel construction. Besides, spot monitoring and measuring data is essential for the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure, which can help in parameter modification of construction.In this paper, we discuss the monitoring and measuring technology in tunnels in two aspects, theory and real case. First, we summarize the development status of monitoring and measuring technology. Second, we analyze the stability of surrounding rock in tunnels and introduce the main content of monitoring and measuring technology. A real case in Xinjiang is used to demonstrate this technology. Monitoring data from reinforcement meter on steel grid, deformation of tunnel surrounding rock after primary support and those from reinforcement meter after secondary support is interpreted. Regression analysis of the measured data of transformation of the rock is used to get the deformation law and relative displacement of the tunnel surrounding rock. Secondary support is then appropriately put forward and the measured relative displacement is also compared with the estimate one. This case is used to demonstrate how to guarantee the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure with monitoring and measuring data.The regression analysis results match well with the practical test data Based on the material we get at spot and those in further analysis, appropriate supporting plan is made and the safety of tunnel construction is ensured. |
