Research On Construction Safety Performance Management

The project construction safety is the focus of society. the losses and the impact of security incidents are often beyond the project itself, which will not only directly lead to construction quality, period and investment into imbalance, but also harm public interests. Previous studies have shown that the main reasons for the poor performance of project construction safety control is enterprises have no responsibility for the implementation of the security principal, the low level of safety management, safety awareness and behaviors that enterprises and their employees must be enhanced. Therefore, the study of the safety performance of the construction project management has a theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, with the theory of our safety management status and security performance management, the thesis establishes a management model of the safety performance based on human factors. Then, study and research the basis of the safety performance management and its concrete practice from setting Safety performance targets, implementing organization, evaluating its performance, etc.Secondly, the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the influential factors in the process of safety management, and comes to a conclusion that the key factor of construction safety performance management that affects the project is human factors, analysis and discuss the role and strategy of the safety management performance from as project managers, middle managers, workers.Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of perfecting corporate safety management system, establishing corporate safety culture, innovating enterprise production safety mechanism and enhancing the level of safety supervision.
