Dynamic performance analysis on shear wall structure whose concrete truss isusing staggered(Hereinafter referred to as ‘truss skip-floor shear wall structure’) is anew kind of skip-floor structure. The former study on laminar structure jump systemis used for single-span case, can also be used for the two cross or one cross, but thisarrangement carrying the entire structural system in the form of lateral andlongitudinal adverse side force. Program designed in the past, the even floors lateralstiffness of the structure relative to the weak lateral stiffness of the odd-numberedfloors, especially does no good for multi-seismic earthquake zone. Horizontal lateralstiffness between the upper and lower floors tends to be uniform, and the cross wallopenings, interested in structural integrity and lateral stiffness greater impact.Therefore, this paper raise a skip-floor shear wall structure. The cross-wall ofstructure uses truss forms, adjacent span staggered arrangement between the upperand lower floors. Due to the lower transverse wall between not through, the adjacentfloor between the layers of the horizontal load and vertical load by truss upper andlower chords and beams accumulation and delivery. While supporting the weight oftwo adjacent slabs at the same time, cause the force of vertical wall relatively small.In this paper, the truss jump layer shear wall structure is the main characteristicprevious study in order to overcome the shortcomings, horizontal lateral stiffnessbetween the upper and lower floors can be more uniform. As a board the idealizedfloor layout, while access to the internal space, but also greatly reduce the structuralweight. Because thetruss is mainly responsible for the vertical bearing capacity of the structure, so thecompressive strength of concrete material advantages into full play.The predecessors have studied on skip-floor structure, including skip-floor trussstructure, skip-floor truss-frame structure, skip-floor truss-frame-tube in tubestructure and so on. But the article on truss skip-floor shear wall structure has notfound yet. Truss skip-floor shear wall structure fully conforms to the developmenttrend of high-rise buildings to meet people’s desire to control the housing space.Therefore, this new structure explore research has great significance. Earthquakesoccur frequently, and especially earthquake structural damage. In addition to thecurrent building design specifications, so the dynamic performance analysis of thisnew structure is very necessary.This paper studies the work and conclusions are as follows:1. The research profile of the skip-floor shear wall structure were investigated,and the high-rise building damages in research, made a brief introduction to theseismic performance of research methods, In order to determine the main content andresearch methods.2. According to the characteristics of large-scale finite element softwareANSYS and unique layout scheme of truss jump layer shear wall structure, buildingtwo different finite element analysis model of the highly structured, and select threedifferent kinds of seismic waves, applied to the top of the structure model analysis operations.3. Use large-scale finite element software ANSYS getting the multi-occurredearthquake force performance and dynamic response of skip-floor shear wallstructure. According to the results, comparative analysis of the different heights ofthe truss skip-floor shear wall the frequently occurred under earthquake forcecharacteristics and components stress distribution layer displacement, the bottomshear stress and the dynamic performance indicators.4. Compared with analysis results and theoretical derivation of the abovesoftware, fully demonstrates that:Force and deformation characteristics of different height structure is similar.When under multi earthquake effect, the overall structure of the bending deformation,the truss jump layer shear wall structure dynamic performance indicators meet theregulatory requirements. Truss jump layer shear wall structure suitable for thehigh-rise residential and other taller buildings structure, the feasibility of practicalapplication.
