Currently, in the industry of civil construction, how to improve the efficiency ofconstruction, ensure the construction quality and reduce operation cost is still one ofthe most important goals. With the development of industrialization of constructionindustry, the relatively backward domestic template technology has affected the rapidexpansion of this industry. The super-high, large span and overweight structures tendto increase nowadays, which requires higher construction quality, so the constructionsafety problem is more prominent. Consequently, a new building template is needed,and it is not only making up for the defection of current architectural template, butalso has the major advantages of them.The new combined steel template is proposed in this thesis, it has strongversatility and is applicable to beams, columns, walls and plate structures in theconstruction; this new building uses the assembly module which is standardized andmodeled, so the assembly process is simple and can quicken the construction progress;furthermore, this template is made by section steel which has highly preciseproduction, it can ensure the construction quality, and not only the internal quality ofconcrete is excellent, but also the surface of concrete is flat, smooth and beautiful; thenew combined steel template fits the important national measure of “replacing woodwith steel”, saves the wood and reduces the template cost then decreases the operationcost of the whole project.This thesis is divided into four chapters, respectively introducing the newcombined steel template’s research background, significance and the domesticdevelop situation; elaborating the analysis and calculation of the new combined steeltemplate in theory; explaining the experimental research on the new combined steeltemplate for concrete shear wall and the design, manufacture, repair and constructioncontrol of the new combined steel template is also presented.In the process of experimental research of the new combined template forconcrete shear wall, the thesis measures the lateral pressure that the cast-in-placeconcrete put on the template, the strain and the deflection of section steel standardparts in new combined steel template and the strain on the pull screw. Besides, it fullyintroduces the load-bearing performance of template and the rules of interactionbetween concrete and template on the basis of data, then the advantages of this model are verified: high bearing capacity, high stiffness and overall outstanding performance.In the experimental process, it fully presents whether the design form and size of eachassembled component is reasonable or easy to use, such as the internal corneltemplate, U type fastener when assembling and disassembling the template, in orderto further improve the assembly components, makes the model more reasonable.Finally, this thesis summarizes the construction technology of the new combined steeltemplate aiming to realize mechanized production and construction, so as to bettercontrol the construction quality and improve the efficiency of construction.
