Aiming at the current situation of using wood template and consuming valuable forest resources in the construction industry,on the basis of new sandwich insulation shear wall studied by the same research group,this paper proposes a new kind of Non-template insulation shear wall.The shear wall consists of A,B concrete prefabricated side template,cast-in-place concrete layer,insulation layer and shear connector.The concrete prefabricated side template is manufactured and transported to the construction site as a template for cast-in-place concrete layer,which can remove the extra mold demolition work.Concrete prefabricated side template open holes with PVC pipe inserted in it.Before pouring the cast-in-place concrete layer,the pull bolts are installed in the casing and tightened.When the concrete reaches certain strength,the pull bolts are removed,and then,the shear wall is informed.The B-side prefabricated side template is provided with an insulation layer and is connected with the cast-in-place concrete layer by the embedded shear connector to form a good kNotting effect so that the cast-in-place concrete layer and the prefabricated side module on both sides of the insulation layer can work cooperatively,to improve the integrity of the shear wall and mechanical performance.In this paper,the quasi-static test of two pieces of Non-template insulation shear wall is carried out,and the influence of different construction technology in A-side concrete prefabricated side template on the mechanical performance of the wall is analyzed.Finally,the shear performance tests of four different forms of bond interface are carried out,then,the shear property of the interface between the cast-in-place concrete layer and the prefabricated side template of the Non-template insulation shear wall is discussed.The results of the quasi-static test show that:(1)the construction of the shear wall is simple and feasible,and the construction quality of the wall is controllable;(2)Under the different construction technology of A side,two walls are bending shear type failure with similar test phenomena and damage mechanism,and have shown a good integrity and collaborative work performance;(3)In terms of seismic performance,the hysteresis curves,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the two walls are basically the same;(4)In terms of bearing capacity,the Non-template insulation shear wall can be calculated following the method of ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall without considering the thickness of the insulation layer.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the safety of the structure,it is suggested that in the actual design calculation process,the bearing capacity provided by B-side template shouldn't be took into account.The shear performance test of four different forms of bond interface shows that:(1)Compared with the new sandwich insulation shear wall studied by the same research group,the shear capacity and the shear rigidity of the bond interface of Non-template insulation shear wall has been significantly improved,which is beneficial to enhance the integrity and cooperative performance of the wall;(2)When the component is broken,there is no rupture or anchorage failure in the shear connector,which shows the construction measures of the shear connector is reasonable and feasible;(3)In theory,the shear capacity of the bond interface of the Non-template insulation shear wall is directly related to both the roughness of the contact surface of the A-side prefabricated side template and the cross-sectional dimension of the B-side shear connector.The relationship should be analyzed and discussed in the follow-up research work.The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction technology and design method of the Non-template insulation shear wall,and to form a set of completed construction design system,meanwhile,to give some suggestions for the engineering application of the wall.
